Summary

We are expanding, and are recruiting for a Wellbeing Partnership Lead, to support our clients in building effective wellbeing strategies within their organisations and build our wellbeing network.

The Role

We have a mission to bring Wellbeing to the Workplace. We do this by making wellbeing a strategic priority in business, ensuring all employees have the resources available to them to be happy and healthy. This role is only going to extend that.

You will be working closely alongside senior leaders across multiple regions, to support them in developing and implementing effective workplace wellbeing strategies as well as growing our wellbeing partnerships.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and directing the Wellbeing Programmes of clients.
  •  Execution of wellbeing initiatives focusing on growing, developing, and increasing the number of premier wellbeing partners for the region.
  • Identification of potential growth opportunities. Develop and manage forecasts for all wellbeing partner acquisitions, with a special focus on certain regions (T1 expansion).
  • Set the strategic agenda of the wellbeing partnership acquisition team in the MENA region, including setting goals and objectives.
  • Achieve and maintain the positioning of Corporate Sports as a corporate leader in its sector through opening new high caliber partners.
  • Facilitating and leading key meetings with partners across a broad scope, encompassing introductions, agreements, planning and project management.
  • Ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from the supplier and the subsequent communications to the client base and internal.

Essential Criteria

  • You hold a wide knowledge base of all areas of wellbeing. This is vitally important to be able to deliver valuable insight and direction to our clients as well as product development and execution on the ground.
  • You can use your knowledge as well as our experts and translate it into practice/execution.
  • You understand how to drive engagement with wellbeing initiatives across a varied workforce.
  • You are highly organized and can build tailored wellbeing strategies to a variety of organisations.
  • You are a goal-oriented professional with a global growth and strategic mindset with outstanding commercial skills.
  • You are capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals to c-level executives.\
  • You have experience leading teams and building relationships.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as being diplomatic and tactful.
  • And most important… you are an energetic passion for the fitness, wellbeing, and health industry.

Desirable Criteria

  • You can deliver engaging live sessions and webinars to workforces.
  • You understand all areas of wellbeing extensively.
  • You’ve worked extremely closely with senior leaders in the past regarding wellbeing initiatives.
  • You have a strong network.
  • You have an understanding of health, fitness and wellbeing tech global startups.
